Our founding partner, Joseph Mann, has over twenty five years of experience in immigration law.

For individuals we handle alien relative petitions for permanent status (green card),
fiancée visas, as well as citizenship and naturalization proceedings. We also handle unusual visas,
such as for religious workers, self-petitions (for abused individuals) and petitions for government informants.
We regularly work on complex waivers for crimes, visa overstays, and the foreign residency requirement for J visa holders.
Some of the business immigration matters we handle include petitions for specialty workers,
intra-company transferees, investor and trade visas, extraordinary petitions and waivers in the national interest,
I-9 reviews, H-1B, P, O and E visa petitions and labor certifications.

Our firm is unique in that, in addition to traditional hourly fee arrangements,
many commercial disputes can be handled on either a contingency fee basis or on a hybrid fee basis.
Unlike a conventional hourly fee arrangement, in a contingency fee arrangement the client pays
nothing unless the firm is successful, at which point they pay a set percentage of the total recovery, less disbursements.
In a hybrid fee arrangement the client pays a smaller hourly rate and at the conclusion of
their case they pay a percentage of the recovery.
Real Estate

Estates and Probate
Probate of wills and letters of administration
Our firm handles all Surrogate Court matters. If a loved one has passed away with a will our firm
handles the required request to the court to validate the will. This is known as probating a will.
If a loved one has passed away without a will our firm handles the required request to the court to
appoint an administrator of the estate and to distribute the estate assets according to state law.
This is known as an administration proceeding.
Estates Planning
Without proper planning, your assets may not be distributed in the manner you would have intended.
You are entitled to prepare a will or trust that will distribute your assets in the manner you consider most appropriate.
Parents of young children can also ensure that a guardian is appointed in the event of their untimely deaths.
