Joseph C. Mann, Esq.
Joseph Mann has been practicing law for almost 25 years. During that time Mr. Mann has concentrated his practice on complex Immigration,
Real Estate and Business law matters and has gained unparalleled expertise in these areas of law.
Mr. Mann is currently admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey State court.
He is also admitted to practice in the federal courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and District of New Jersey.
After graduating from Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Mann worked for a large Manhattan law firm for a number of years.
In 1986 Mr. Mann started his own law practice with his first office in downtown Manhattan.
Throughout the years Mr. Mann has become a pillar of the downtown Manhattan community.
In 2003 Mr. Mann received an award from New York State Senator Martin J. Golden For outstanding Legal work to the downtown community.
In that same year Mr. Mann also received a community service award from the Chinese Auxiliary Police Association.
Mr. Mann is currently a monthly contributor to the Chinese Christian Herald newspaper, providing insight on different areas of law.
Additionally, Mr. Mann hosted a radio talk show discussing various legal topics on Sino-Radio for over ten years.
Mr. Mann is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Mr. Mann is currently a member of The American Bar Association and The American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Lydia Y. Mann, Esq.
Lydia Mann's area of concentration includes immigration, real estate, business law, wills and probate matters.
After graduating from Rutgers University, Ms. Mann attended New York Law School where she focused her studies on immigration,
real estate and business law.
Ms. Mann has worked for Arthur Weinstein, attorney and Vice President of the Council of New York Cooperatives & Condominiums,
assisting real estate developers with condo development in New York City.
Throughout her years in the legal field, Ms. Mann has been under the direct mentorship of
Mann Mann & Schatz’s founding partner, Joseph Mann, gaining extensive legal experience and practical knowledge.
Ms. Mann is currently a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association, American Bar Association,
New York County Lawyers Association, and Asian Women in Business Organization.

Brett M. Schatz, Esq.
Brett Schatz is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, including trial and appellate practice in
New York and New Jersey State and Federal courts.
Mr. Schatz focuses his practice on commercial litigation, personal injury and business law.
After graduating from Rutgers University Magna Cum Laude, Mr. Schatz attended Brooklyn Law School where he
focused his studies on tort and contract law.
Mr. Schatz is currently admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey State courts.
He is also admitted to practice in the federal courts of the U.S. District Court,
Southern District of New York and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
In 2004 Mr. Schatz was chosen for membership in the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society,
one of the oldest honors societies in the United States. He was also chosen to be a member of Pi Sigma Alpha,
the national political science honors society.
Currently Mr. Schatz is a member of The New York State Trial Lawyers Association,
the American Bar Association and The New York State Bar Association. Mr. Schatz is also a member of Phi Alpha Delta,
one of the largest legal fraternities in the United States.

- In automobile accident case with questionable defense liability, negotiated a favorable settlement for client by conducting a deposition of defendant in which their credibility was badly damaged.
- In complex commercial dispute involving failure to repay loan that client made to startup military contracting company, successfully negotiated settlement of dispute including stock transfer and cash settlement.
